Analyze credit risk and structure loan packages

Ensure portfolio profitability and credit quality benchmarks are met

Collaborate with an experienced support team and approachable executive leadership

What We're Looking For:

1+ years in community banking or lending

Strong personal or professional background in agriculture (farm/ranch experience is a plus)

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Sound judgment and negotiation ability

Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience

Why Join This Bank?

Strong reputation and long-term client relationships

Supportive, team-first culture with very low turnover

Competitive compensation and full benefits package

Real opportunity to grow your career in a respected, stable institution
