Lab Technician in Meriden, CT, to perform critical chemical, biological, and physical analyses supporting cutting-edge product research, application engineering, and quality control.

responsibilities:
- Perform chemical, biological, physical, and mechanical testing for research, development, and quality assurance.
- Compile, analyze, interpret, and document experimental results accurately.
- Identify technical issues and collaborate with team members to resolve operational challenges.
- Follow established laboratory procedures, safety guidelines, and inspection protocols.
- Maintain laboratory equipment and assist with testing for innovative technical solutions.
qualifications:
Required: - Prior hands-on experience in a technical or chemistry laboratory environment.
- Background or coursework in scientific or engineering principles (e.g., physical, organic, or inorganic chemistry).
- Strong mechanical and chemical aptitude with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems, strong communication, and time management skills.
Preferred: - Experience operating SEM, EDS, or TOC analyzers.
- Background in microbiology, industrial filtration, or water treatment analysis.
