Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor – English/Spanish

Certco is looking for an experienced Bilingual Warehouse Supervisor who is fluent in English and Spanish to join our team at our Daniels Street location.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced warehouse leader who enjoys working with people, developing employees, solving problems, and making a difference in a fast-paced distribution environment. Your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will be an important part of helping our team succeed.
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading employees, coordinating daily warehouse activities, maintaining safety and productivity standards, and ensuring work is completed accurately and efficiently.
This position provides an opportunity to make a direct impact on our warehouse team and operations . We are looking for someone who wants to be more than just a supervisor—someone who wants to develop people, improve processes, and help create a strong team culture.
Your ability to communicate in both English and Spanish will allow you to build stronger relationships with employees, improve communication, and help ensure everyone understands expectations and has the tools they need to be successful.
Certco is in the process of implementing a brand-new Warehouse Management System (WMS) , making this an exciting time to join our warehouse operations.
