We continuously strive to advance our Netsmart technologies and offerings beyond the EHR by embracing new technology trends that empower healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care.SummaryThis role partners with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather requirements, support system enhancements, deliver reporting insights, and drive process improvements that increase operational efficiency.ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze and identify requirements for business system including data extraction and reporting Complete operational system configurations to create standard solutions for business Execute unit and integration testing; coordinate system testing and user acceptance Resolve application problems and troubleshoot end user issues Understand and coach business users on application and workflows Work with system administrators and developers to support higher complexity solutions. Mine data from business systems using vendor provided query tools, native SQL and/or business intelligence tools and provide basic analysis for stakeholders Run periodic audits to ensure data consistency and accuracy QualificationsRequiredBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience At least 1 year of work experience in business systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce At least 1 year of work experience analyzing and reporting data At least 1 year of work experience leveraging reporting tools, techniques, and related data from multiple systems and sources Proficient in end user systems documentation Ability and willingness to work in multi-platform environment PreferredWorking knowledge of SQL, XML/XLST, JS, Apex, .NET, Java, Web services (SOAP, REST) Analyst or administrator experience in target system(s) such as as Workday, ServiceNow, Salesforce Understanding of underlying data structure and workflow capabilities of SaaS application Experience in form and workflow design ExpectationsThis position may require availability outside of standard business hours as part of a rotational on-call schedule.#LI-EW1Netsmart is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer, providing equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals.
