Cleaning Technician – Part-Time Afternoon Position (Lapeer, MI) Looking for a dependable part-time job with a consistent schedule? We've got the perfect opportunity. We're currently hiring a Cleaning Technician for a commercial facility in Lapeer, MI. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a predictable evening schedule with one consistent work location. Why ClearView? * 8.5 hours per week * Pay: $14.50–$15.00 per hour (depending on experience) * Monday–Friday evening schedule * Start time after 4:30 PM * Shift must be completed by 7:30 PM * No weekends required * One assigned location * One-on-one training and ongoing support * Opportunities for advancement with a growing company Who This Is For We're looking for someone who: * Enjoys working independently * Takes pride in doing quality work * Is dependable and punctual * Appreciates a consistent routine and work environment * Wants a part-time position that fits around another job, school, or family schedule What You'll Be Doing * Gather and remove trash, replacing liners as needed * Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors * Dust vents, windowsills, equipment, and other surfaces * Refill paper products, soap, and restroom supplies * Clean and sanitize restrooms, offices, break areas, and common spaces * Clean high-touch surfaces such as door handles, fixtures, and glass * Maintain a clean and organized janitor closet * Lock and secure the building at the end of the shift as required * Report maintenance concerns or supply needs to your supervisor * Follow all site-specific cleaning procedures and company quality standards What You Bring to the Table * High school diploma or equivalent preferred * Reliable transportation * Strong attention to detail and time management * Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet throughout the shift * Ability to work independently while maintaining quality standards * Must meet company insurance requirements Work Environment * One consistent work location in Lapeer * Familiar routine and responsibilities each shift * Support from a dedicated Zone Supervisor or Lead Technician * Stable, long-term part-time opportunity Location: Lapeer, MI Applicants should be able to reliably commute to the job site before beginning employment.
