Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated medical administrative professional to manage scheduling and patient flow for our multi-specialty clinic. Position Details Location: St. Louis, MO Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (No weekends) Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage patient scheduling across multiple medical specialties. Facilitate a smooth and welcoming patient check-in process. Complete accurate insurance verifications and secure necessary prior authorizations. Deliver high-quality customer service to patients, families, and clinic staff. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or GED required. Experience: Proven background in patient scheduling and customer service. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with EPIC electronic health record (EHR) software is mandatory.
