About the Role
The Corporate Recruiter (Contract) will lead full-cycle recruiting for technical, marketing, and other strategic corporate roles, including confidential searches and positions up to the VP level. This is a fully remote role, and candidates must be based in the Central or Eastern time zone. This person will partner closely with hiring leaders to shape search strategy, drive proactive sourcing, and deliver strong hiring outcomes with speed, professionalism, and discretion.
Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Lead search strategy for marketing, and other hard-to-fill roles
Proactively source and engage senior, specialized, and passive talent using creative sourcing methods
Build pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Partner with hiring managers and leaders on role calibration, candidate assessment, and market insights
Manage multiple priority and confidential searches at once
Provide a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity in ATS and ensure compliance with hiring practices and policies
Qualifications
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with some experience in a corporate (non-agency) environment
Strong experience recruiting for technical, senior-level, and hard-to-fill roles
Proven strategic sourcing skills, including creative identification of passive and specialized talent
Experience supporting high-visibility and confidential searches, including roles up to VP level
Executive presence and strong communication skills with senior leaders and candidates
Strong judgment, professionalism, and ability to manage multiple priorities
Must be located in the Central or Eastern time zone
