Data Entry Clerk – Immediate Start
Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour
Location: Bristol, CT
Schedule: 1st Shift | 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Training)
Flexible shifts after training: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Position Type: Temporary (Temp-to-Hire opportunity)
Role Summary
We are seeking a fast and accurate Data Entry Clerk for an immediate opening in Bristol. In this role, you will be responsible for digitizing paper records, managing digital filing systems, and handling incoming and outgoing electronic communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry & Digitization: Scan physical documents into the system and ensure accurate digital record-keeping.
- Electronic File Management: Organize, categorize, and archive digital files on local drives and databases.
- Email Processing: Draft, send, and monitor business emails.
- System Maintenance: Maintain accurate records and complete basic computer-based administrative workflows.
Requirements
- Proven comfort with basic computer tools, digital filing systems, and email applications.
- Accuracy and attention to detail during repetitive data entry tasks.
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug test and multi-state criminal background check.
- Immediate availability to begin working.

Responsibilities

- Digital Filing: Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records on the computer.
Role Details & Expectations - Location: Lee Spring (Lake Ave site, Bristol) – report to the main entrance and ask for Roxanne.
- Pay Rate: $17.00 / hour
- Shift/Hours: Starts at 8:00 AM – 3:30 PM for training. Flexible to move to standard full-time shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM) once trained.
- Duration: Temporary with potential for Temp-to-Hire based on workload and business needs.
- Screening Requirements: Must pass a 10-panel Drug Test (DT) and Background Check (BKG with criminal/multi-state, valid if completed within the last year).
