Haulage Transport Corporation is seeking reliable and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team. Our drivers play an essential role in our operations by delivering packages safely, accurately, and on time to valued customers. We are committed to providing outstanding service while helping our drivers grow from seasonal positions into permanent opportunities over time.

Our terminal is located at 5076 Summit Spring Way, Collegedale, TN 37363.

No CDL Required

Schedule:

• 7 days available
• Flexible schedule

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle to deliver packages to designated locations.
• Complete timely and accurate deliveries while maintaining package condition.
• Load and unload packages.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes while complying with traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Verify package accuracy and maintain required delivery documentation.
• Provide professional, polite, and customer-focused service during deliveries.
• Collaborate with the dispatch team to optimize delivery schedules and communicate delays or issues promptly.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the delivery vehicle.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or traffic violations to the supervisor immediately.
• Follow all company policies, delivery procedures, and safety protocols.
• Represent Haulage Transport Corporation professionally at all times.

Required Qualifications:

• Age 21 or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
• Prior courier or delivery experience is a plus
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and safety regulations
• Excellent time-management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
• Ability to lift packages up to 150 lbs.
• Ability to bend, lift, and safely maneuver packages in and out of a delivery truck to the front door or designated delivery access point
