Premier Investar LLC is looking for an experienced digital marketing agency or small team to manage and grow our real estate and investment brands through content, social media, SEO, video, website management, and marketing automation. Part-Time / Contract
### Key Responsibilities
* Develop and manage monthly content calendars.
* Create and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
* Edit short-form Reels/Shorts and long-form YouTube videos.
* Create marketing content for real estate properties, investors, and our brands.
* Manage basic website updates and ongoing SEO activities.
* Conduct keyword research and monitor SEO performance.
* Build and maintain GoHighLevel workflows, funnels, and automations.
* Research relevant Facebook Groups and communities to expand organic reach.
* Monitor engagement, reach, website traffic, and lead generation.
* Repurpose content across multiple platforms.
* Provide regular marketing performance reports and recommendations.
### Agency/Team Requirements
* Agency or team-based applicants are welcome and preferred.
* The agency/team should have dedicated capabilities in website updates, SEO, content creation, social media management, video editing, and marketing automation.
* Must have a clear project manager/account manager responsible for communication and coordination.
* Ability to handle multiple brands, properties, and campaigns simultaneously.
* Real estate or investment marketing experience is a plus.
