Salary: $134,600 - 230,800 per year Requirements:

• We require an undergraduate degree or equivalent professional experience.
• We need at least 8 years of experience in the health insurance industry with deep HEDIS subject matter expertise.
• We require at least 8 years of experience working with on-premise or cloud-based SQL databases in a research, consulting, or business setting.
• We need at least 5 years of experience with HEDIS concepts, HEDIS engines, and HEDIS data domains, including member, eligibility, medical, Rx, and clinical data.
• We require at least 5 years of people management experience, including leading, coaching, and developing data SMEs.
• We need at least 5 years of Agile or Kanban delivery experience, along with engineering best practices such as unit testing, TDD, CI/CD, pair programming, automated testing, and code reviews.
• We require strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present analyses and findings clearly.
• We need the ability to explain technical and methodological details to non-technical audiences.
• We require a proven ability to translate analytical outcomes into actionable insights that support decision-making.
• We need strong problem-solving and critical-thinking capabilities.
• We require the ability to collaborate effectively with internal business partners across multiple departments and business areas.
• We need a self-starter who can perform well in a changing and sometimes ambiguous environment.
• We require exposure to using GenAI and Agentic AI in technical workflows and cloud environments or databases.
• Preferred: experience with FHIR standards and clinical data.
• Preferred: strong experience incorporating GenAI and Agentic AI into technical workflows.

• We lead operations and maintenance delivery for UHC LOB HEDIS retrospective data processing, delivering cloud-based data engineering solutions and driving AI implementation.
• We lead a large team of data engineers and SMEs across varying skill levels in both functional and technical capacities.
• We manage communications with business stakeholders and auditors regarding functional logic and issue tracking.
• We partner with product, cross-functional enhancement, and source teams to identify, coordinate, and resolve dependencies that support smooth delivery.
• We escalate issues promptly and bring together the right stakeholders to achieve timely resolution.
• We handle high-stakes conversations with professionalism, clarity, and confidence.
• We provide strong leadership presence by guiding discussions, challenging assumptions, and reinforcing accountability.
• We ask thoughtful, forward-looking questions to identify functional and technical risks, gaps, and opportunities.
• We remove execution barriers by enabling decisions and navigating organizational complexity.
• We stay current on Quality measures and NCQA changes, and assess their impact on technical solutions and business outcomes.
