About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our Austin team and support the planning and execution of events from start to finish. In this role, you will work closely with the events team to coordinate logistics, assist with on-site operations, and ensure each event runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, proactive, and eager to grow within the events industry.
Responsibilities
* Assist in the coordination and execution of events from initial planning through completion
* Support event setup, breakdown, and on-site operations
* Organize and manage event materials, equipment, and supplies
* Coordinate guest check-in, registration, and attendee assistance
* Communicate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless event flow
* Track event timelines, schedules, and task completion
Minimum requirements:
Qualifications
* High School Diploma or equivalent required
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
* Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude
* Ability to work in fast-paced, hands-on environments
