This individual must have prior support experience in a fast-paced, thriving environment, along with strong writing and communication skills, as well as experience coordinating across international teams and time zones. The ideal candidate can prioritize competing projects and get involved across all areas of the business. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with senior leadership at a well-known name in the fashion industry.

• $120-130k plus bonus and perks

Responsibilities:

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and travel arrangements both domestic and international
• Handle correspondence, phone calls, and meeting coordination
• Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials
• Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
• Coordinate events and special projects as needed
• Maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment on sensitive matters

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-Suite or senior executives, ideally within fashion, retail, or a related industry
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Ability to anticipate needs and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and calendar/travel management tools
