Job Description

Salary: $120,000 - 160,000 per year Requirements:

• We require at least three years of related professional experience.
• We require an undergraduate degree in a related discipline, or an equivalent mix of training and experience.
• We prefer experience building enterprise-scale software platforms.
• We prefer strong experience with cloud-native development and distributed systems.
• We prefer experience developing APIs, integrations, or event-driven architectures.
• We prefer familiarity with observability, resiliency, or platform engineering concepts.
• We prefer experience creating automation and engineering productivity solutions.
• We rely heavily on NodeJS/TypeScript, Java, Python, Angular, PostgreSQL, AWS Lambda, CloudFormation, SQS/EventBridge, GitHub Enterprise, Grafana, and AI development frameworks and agent technologies.

• We design and build enterprise-scale software solutions that help us move from reactive operations to predictive and autonomous resiliency.
• We expand Pulse synthetic monitoring capabilities and onboarding experiences.
• We develop enterprise resiliency intelligence services and automation platforms.
• We create cloud-native APIs, services, integrations, and event-driven architectures.
• We build automated resiliency validation, policy enforcement, and evidence collection capabilities.
• We develop AI-powered agents and skills that address recurring resiliency challenges across subdivisions.
• We deliver solutions that identify risks, recommend actions, and improve operational efficiency.
• We shape next-generation experiences for resiliency visibility and operational intelligence.
• We provide advanced system analysis, design, development, and implementation of applications and platforms.
• We lead technical design discussions and help inform platform architecture decisions.
• We create scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
• We partner with SREs, product owners, architects, and engineering teams to solve enterprise resiliency challenges.
• We develop reusable frameworks and automation that improve resiliency outcomes.
• We mentor engineers and take part in code reviews, testing, and production support.
• We contribute to observability, reliability, performance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• We participate in special projects and perform other assigned duties.
