Here's what you'll need

  • Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree program in Human Resources, an MBA program with a concentration in Human Resources, or a Master’s degree program in Industrial-Organizational Psychology. 

Ideally, you’ll also have: 

  • 3.0 GPA or higher 
  • A previous internship related to your field of study  
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and a results-oriented mindset
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity
  • Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building abilities
  • Project management experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Experience working with Artificial Intelligence tools

Posted Salary Range: Minimum

60,000.00

Posted Salary Range: Upper

80,000.00
