Job Description
The Role
Your main focus will be Instagram, TikTok, influencer marketing, content creation, and KOL campaigns.
What You’ll Do
Social Media
Manage and grow ZALO’s Instagram and TikTok channels.
Create weekly/monthly content plans and publish Reels, TikToks, Stories, and other short-form content.
Research trends, sounds, formats, hashtags, and viral content.
Develop creative content that reflects ZALO’s premium and sophisticated image.
Monitor performance and provide insights and recommendations.
Influencer & KOL Marketing
Research and identify creators across the US, Europe, and other international markets.
Build and manage an international influencer database.
Negotiate product gifting, paid collaborations, affiliate partnerships, and content deliverables.
Develop long-term relationships with high-potential creators and manage KOL campaigns.
Content Creation
Develop creative concepts for social media campaigns.
Participate in filming and content production when needed.
Shoot and edit simple short-form videos using CapCut, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
International Market Research
Monitor trends across intimate wellness, beauty, lifestyle, fashion, and consumer products.
Research competitors and their social media strategies.
Share insights on international consumer preferences and market trends.
