A leading digital streaming network seeks a n International Third-Party Measurement Manager to lead ad hoc analytics and reporting using third-party audience measurement data across a growing portfolio of international markets, while supporting vendor and Joint Industry Committee (JIC) relationships.

International Third-Party Measurement Manager Responsibilities:

• Lead complex ad hoc analyses for ad sales, streaming, marketing, and content strategy stakeholders across international markets, scoping business questions, translating them into queries and analytical solutions, extracting and analyzing consumption data across owned and competitor platforms, and presenting findings and recommendations.
• Build reports and visualizations that communicate insights to internal stakeholders, prepare and distribute regular monthly reporting across all international markets, and identify and help standardize opportunities to automate recurring requests in partnership with the data infrastructure team.
• Build expertise on individual markets and their measurement nuances, and prepare briefing materials, data analysis, and talking points ahead of conversations with JICs and commercial measurement vendors, supporting new provider evaluations, measurement rollouts in newly subscribed markets, and assessments of expansion markets.
• Analyze the measurement methodology of new and existing third-party sources, including panel design, data collection approach, relevance, reliability, and cost, to inform recommendations, and track discrepancies between first- and third-party data to help resolve open issues such as attribution gaps and partner-platform crediting with vendors and JICs.
• Handle daily account management and financial administration for vendor relationships, including setting up vendor/customer profiles in the finance system, issuing purchase orders, and managing invoicing-related communication with vendors.

International Third-Party Measurement Manager Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions.
• Master's degree in computer or data science, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field.
• Understanding of, or strong interest in developing expertise in, audience measurement methodology and how measurement providers and models differ across markets.
• Experience with at least one data visualization tool such as Tableau, Qlik Sense, or Looker.
• Working proficiency in SQL for data extraction; Python or R may be considered in place of SQL.
• Experience pulling data from BigQuery.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information for varied audiences and engage confidently with internal and external stakeholders, including vendors and industry bodies.
• Experience in the entertainment/media industry is preferred.
• Experience with Nielsen data is preferred.
• Experience with Python or R is preferred.

Shift:

• 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ET.
