Job Description
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide onsite desktop support for troubleshooting, software installations, PC replacements, imaging, equipment inventories, and PC maintenance.
- Apply critical system updates and document all activities and tickets in ServiceNow.
- Manage customer onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all equipment is tracked and shipped accurately.
- Deliver high-quality customer service, communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical users.
- Support and maintain Windows OS and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Image and provision new hardware for end users.
- Provide support for mobile devices and Apple devices.
- Maintain strong organizational skills to track onboarding, shipping, and asset management for accurate billing.
- Test Intune processes for Tier 3 team, providing detailed feedback.
- Test upgrades and implement software changes according to security and internal protocols.
- Troubleshoot customer issues both onsite and remotely, providing clear instructions to users.
- Assist in the development of team processes and contribute to knowledge base documentation.
- Possess a basic understanding of MECM, Active Directory, Tanium, Intune, and BeyondTrust.
- Work with vendors to resolve warranty cases as needed.
- Collaborate with internal teams and participate in special projects as assigned.
- Ensure all work is performed onsite and comply with company and client policies.
