Job Description

The Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital (JHACH) Division of Radiology in St. Petersburg, Florida is recruiting a fellowship-trained pediatric radiologist. This individual will be a member of the JHACH pediatric radiology team but will be based at our new Wesley Chapel location (20 miles north of Tampa). We seek highly a qualified, well rounded pediatric radiologist, committed and willing to contribute to the continued evolution of our exceptional radiology team. Highlights include:

• Construction is well underway on a new 56-bed pediatric hospital in Wesley Chapel. The facility, named Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital Wesley Chapel, will have 56 beds and will provide a wide range of services. The new hospital is expected to open in 2027.
• Our new pediatric radiologist will focus on the Wesley Chapel location and reside in the region. He/she will not take call at the main campus.
• JHACH currently has a strong physician presence in Pasco County with additional expansion underway in a number of pediatric specialties.
• Excellent compensation package, including a $75,000 signing bonus.
• We also offer 10 weeks of PTO and 2 weeks CME .
• Qualifications for the position include successful completion of an accredited fellowship in pediatric radiology and BE/BC in pediatric radiology.
• JHACH is a 259-bed teaching hospital ranked by US News & World Report as a “Top 50 Children’s Hospital” in 8 pediatric specialties (2025-2026). We are also ranked as the #1 Children’s Hospital in Florida for the third consecutive year and the #4 Best Children’s Hospital in the Southeast.
• The pediatric radiology team at JHACH performs approximately 80,000 exams each year. The interventional radiology section is separately staffed. Three nocturnists cover our night volumes.
• JHACH is a Level 1 Pediatric Trauma Center servicing the surrounding area with expert pediatric care in nearly all subspecialties. We are the regional pediatric referral center for Florida’s West Coast.
• Qualified candidates may be eligible for an academic appointment at both Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and the University of South Florida if interested.
• Located just 20 miles north of Tampa, Pasco County is one of the fastest growing counties in the United States yet has maintained an affordable cost of living. Residents enjoy a wide range of housing options, a designer golf course, and an array of shopping and excellent schools. We are located just minutes from the beautiful Gulf beaches. Many of the cities/towns situated in Pasco County are considered amongst the best in the North Tampa region. Tampa-St. Petersburg is centrally located to many of Florida's top attractions, 90 miles from Orlando, and four hours from Miami.

Salary Range: Minimum $0/hour - Maximum $0/hour. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
