[WANTED] Remote Copywriter - Bring the Words, We'll Bring the Data 📍 Location: U.S. Based | Remote 💰 $18-40/h · Full-Time 🚀 About TubeScience Founded in 2016, TubeScience is creative strategy and production company that builds high-performing video ads for direct-to-consumer and e-commerce brands. We combine data, direct-response principles, and creative craft to help our clients scale profitably on Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond. Our teams move fast, test constantly, and care deeply about the words and ideas that make people stop scrolling. 💡 The Role We're looking for a Copywriter who can write a hook that stops a scroll cold. One day you're punching up a script for a supplement brand, the next you're writing for a skincare client. If you get a little thrill out of cracking why people click, buy, and share — we want you! 🎬 What You’ll Do Write the ads people don't skip: You'll write hooks, on-screen headers, and full scripts for direct-response video ads - the kind built to stop someone mid-scroll and get them to pay attention. Iterate on what's already winning: A concept works? Great, now make ten more versions of it. You'll take winning ads and push them further based on real performance data, not vibes. Collaborate (a lot): You'll work closely with strategists, editors, and account leads — turning briefs, client notes, and “wait, can you make it sound more like us” feedback into a copy that just works. Treat writing like a science: Every script gets a retro. You'll take that feedback and come back sharper next time. Nothing here is precious. Juggle without dropping anything: Multiple briefs, multiple clients, multiple deadlines. If that sounds stressful, this isn't for you. If it sounds like a fun puzzle, keep going. 🧬 What We're Looking For 5+ years of professional copywriting experience, ideally including direct-response, performance marketing, or e-commerce work. A portfolio or writing samples that show range - punchy hooks as well as longer-form marketing copy. Comfort writing to a brief, incorporating feedback quickly, and adjusting tone for different brands and audiences. Based in the United States, able to work U.S. business hours with your team. ➕ Nice To Have Experience writing specifically for Meta, TikTok, or YouTube ad formats. Familiarity with direct-response frameworks (e.g., PAS, AIDA) or performance-marketing terminology (CPA, ROAS, hook rate).
