We are partnering with one of our valued clients to hire a Salesforce Technical Architect (Genesys Cloud CX) for a 12-month contract opportunity.
Location: Remote (Menlo Park, CA)
Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for a seasoned Salesforce Architect with strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud, enterprise CRM architecture, and Genesys Cloud CX integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise designing scalable Salesforce solutions, leading architecture initiatives, and delivering contact center transformation solutions.
Key Requirements:
• 10+ years of Salesforce platform experience
• 3+ years of Salesforce Architecture experience
• Salesforce Service Cloud expertise
• Genesys Cloud CX / Genesys Engage integration experience
• Strong experience with Apex, LWC, enterprise integrations, and CRM modernization
