Role: Salesforce Business Analyst
Location: Washington, DC
Contract
The Salesforce Business Analyst is expected to produce and maintain:
Epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
Product backlog and backlog refinement outputs
Functional and business requirements documentation
Process flows, business workflows, and solution diagrams
UAT plans, test scenarios, and validation reports
Traceability matrices linking requirements to delivered functionality
Required Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst on Salesforce implementation
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities (Financial Services Cloud preferred)
Experience working in Agile/SAFe delivery environments
Strong skills in requirements analysis, stakeholder engagement, and documentation
Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar backlog management systems

Work closely with IFC Product Owners, Architects, and implementation partners
Support delivery across Salesforce workstreams and Phoenix pillars (Relationship Management, External Portal, Project Processing)
Enable alignment between business requirements and system design across releases
Contribute to continuous improvement of business analysis practices within the program
Tools & Technologies
Agile delivery tools: Azure DevOps, Jira, or equivalent
Documentation tools for requirement and process modeling
Familiarity with Salesforce platform architecture and configuration concepts.
