What you´ll do

• Researches and develops ground-breaking technologies Identifies opportunities for new technology, products or performance improvements.
• Leads multiple R&D projects critical to business.
• Actively makes specialized knowledge available to the organization.
• Acts as an ambassador for the scientific community of inside and out of Henkel.
• Identifies and engages valuable external partners.
• Supports project teams in solving problems.
• Secures IP position in own area of development.
• Contributes actively in scientific publications and forums with papers and presentations.
• Acts as a consultant for management and steering committees.

What makes you a good fit

• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Aerospace Engineering or closely related discipline 
• 7+ years' experience in scientific research or product development 
• 5+ years' experience in aerospace preferred
• Strong technical and innovation expertise with a track record of delivering solutions 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder-management skills
• Demonstrated strength in teamwork and cross-functional collaboration

The salary for this role is $130,000.00 - $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
