Unarmed Security Guard - Immediate Openings

NANPOR Security Academy & Services is currently hiring professional unarmed security guards to join our team. We are looking for dependable, professional, and detail-oriented individuals who can represent our company with confidence, courtesy, and situational awareness.

Assignments may include standing post, foot patrol, access control, event security, property patrol, and mobile patrol operations. Candidates must be able to work independently, follow post orders, communicate clearly, document activity accurately, and use basic technology for reporting and daily operations.

Position Requirements

• Active California BSIS Guard Card
• Active driver's license
• Completed Phase 1, Phase 2, and Phase 3 training preferred
• Copies of all current credentials and certificates
• Current resume
• Ability to operate a computer, smartphone, and basic reporting technology
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to follow instructions, post orders, and company procedures
• Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, or flexible scheduling as needed
• For mobile patrol assignments: ability to safely operate a vehicle and meet company driving requirements

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior security, military, law enforcement, customer service, or public-facing experience
• Experience with report writing or digital reporting systems
• Ability to de-escalate situations professionally
• Familiarity with access control, patrol procedures, incident reporting, and client interaction
• Clean and professional work history

Duties May Include

• Standing post assignments
• Foot patrols and property checks
• Mobile patrol assignments
• Access control
• Monitoring property activity
• Enforcing site rules and post orders
• Writing daily activity reports and incident reports
• Communicating with clients, residents, guests, employees, and law enforcement when necessary
• Identifying and reporting safety or security concerns
• Maintaining a professional presence while on duty
