As Senior Product Manager of Provider Learning & Engagement, you'll define the strategy and drive the delivery of how MDLive's providers onboard, develop, and stay engaged with the platform. You'll partner with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to ensure learning and adoption are built into the provider experience from the start. And you'll use AI to personalize at scale, move faster, and raise the bar on what provider education looks like.
You'll report directly to the Director of New Product Development & AI Strategy, with a path toward broader provider product strategy as the function scales. This role is for an L&D professional who is looking to think bigger and innovate.
Provider learning experience: Own the end-to-end learning and coaching experience inside the provider portal, understanding how providers learn, what they need, and when they need it.
Provider readiness & onboarding: Own the entire provider onboarding experience, eliminating friction and reducing time-to-confident-care-delivery.
Ongoing engagement & tool adoption: Develop just-in-time resources, feature education, and continuous learning touchpoints that keep providers informed, capable, and connected to MDLive.
AI-powered content and operations: Identify and implement AI tools that accelerate content creation, personalize learning experiences, and reduce manual work across the function.
Product collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to shape provider portal capabilities—including AI-powered and agentic experiences—ensuring provider learning, adoption, and user experience are designed into the product from conception through launch.
Coaching & quality frameworks: Build the infrastructure for provider performance coaching and quality development, connecting learning outcomes to measurable clinical and business results.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 113,200 - 188,600 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
