About the Role:We are looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter to join the technical recruiting team at Crusoe!
You will own complex, high-bar technical hiring from job req activation through offer accept, operate as a true talent partner to senior leaders, and bring the judgment to run searches with minimal oversight. This is a role for a recruiter who can manage senior stakeholders, raise the bar on quality, and close hard-to-get talent in a competitive market.
What You'll Be Working On:Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $145,000 - $175,000 + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant's knowledge, education, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
