Job Description
Are you skilled with FedEx and UPS shipping platforms? Are you computer savvy and able to work with various Warehouse Management Systems? We are in need of a Shipper/Packer to join our team in New Haven! Forklift experience is ideal but not required. This person must be comfortable working in a heavy industrial setting and also passing a background check and drug screening. Responsibilities
- Standing in warehouse shipping department; preparing packages outgoing
- Using WMS on smart tablet for picking/shipping tasks
- Proper labeling, quality control, ensuring accuracy of outgoing packages
- Must be experienced with UPS and FedEx shipping platforms
- Lifting up to 50 pounds consistently
The essential functions of this role include:
