Job Overview:
In this contingent resource assignment, you will consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Technology Business Systems Consulting. You will contribute to large-scale planning, analyze challenges requiring in-depth evaluation, and collaborate with client personnel to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves leadership in implementing and automating Configuration Management best practices, ensuring data quality governance, and supporting the development of configuration management practices across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead complex initiatives to provide technological solutions with broad impact for cross-functional businesses and technology teams.
• Act as a key participant in providing strategic business solutions to companywide technology initiatives.
• Evaluate highly complex business problems and provide subject matter expertise for technology initiatives.
• Define and lead detailed research on business and technology requests to develop efficient and accurate functional requirements.
• Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring a solid understanding of domain and technology applications.
• Lead project or systems documentation and monitor and manage project schedules and deliverables.
• Collaborate and consult with business and technology teams to provide comprehensive technological solutions for complex business problems.
• Ensure communication and information flow between business and technology teams by leading and managing key relationships.
• Own and help mature systems integration oversight to achieve performance expectations.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education.
• 5+ years of Business Systems Data and Business Systems Designing experience.
• 3+ years of Configuration Management Database (CMDB) experience, including ServiceNow CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
• Broad IT Infrastructure Knowledge.
• Project/Program Management Skills.
• Highly organized and self-starter.

Desired Qualifications:

• ServiceNow systems development and/or design experience.
• Strong Cloud Computing experience.
• Operational governance experience.
• Service Asset and Configuration Management experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Technology Project Management and Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) knowledge.

Pay Range:$50 - $55 W2

The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
