Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, service, and repair power equipment with precision and care
• Perform routine maintenance such as lubricating parts and replacing spark plugs
• Test and diagnose engine malfunctions and repair or replace defective parts
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and warranties
• Order and manage replacement parts inventory efficiently

Customer Service Excellence

• Provide a positive and professional representation of the store
• Assist customers proactively and solve problems with a friendly demeanor
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints courteously and effectively
• Share your expert knowledge of products and store layout

Work Environment & Physical Demands

• Ensure a safe, professional, and supportive workplace for all associates
• Perform physical tasks including bending, standing, lifting up to 60 lbs, and operating equipment
• Work on-site with a schedule that includes day shifts, weekends, holidays, and flexible hours

Qualifications & Benefits

• High School diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Previous small engine repair experience or completed coursework preferred
• STIHL certification preferred or completion of the certification after one year of employment.
