Overview

Responsibilities
- Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social and mental functions, while meeting department objectives.
- Serves as co-leader in interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.
- Assess patient needs and contribute to development of individualized OT plans and goals.
- Implement OT interventions, monitor patient progress, and document outcomes in patient records.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other team members to coordinate patient care and discharge planning.

Requirements
- Active California OT license or eligibility for California licensure
- Ability to work in an inpatient care setting
- Strong collaboration and communication skills for interdisciplinary teams
- Experience developing and implementing OT treatment plans
- Ability to maintain accurate patient documentation and progress notes
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment and adapt to a fast-paced setting
