Moving Violation: No more than 3 in the last 3 years. Accident: No preventable accidents involving a fatality, bodily injury treated away from the scene, or disabling damage to a motor vehicle within the previous three 3 years. Tickets: No more than 3 accidents and/or tickets. No more than one preventable with less than 12 months of experience. Felonies/Misdemeanors: No criminal history that includes assault and battery, theft, robbery, sexual assault/sex offender. DUI/DWI: No more than 1 and it must be outside of 5 years old.
