About the Organization/Team・組織/チームについて

Our team builds products that transform banking operations through technology, making them more seamless, efficient, and user-friendly. These include bank account opening, identity verification (eKYC), various operation related procedures, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and customer support.

※ After joining the company, you are expected to be seconded to PayPay Bank as a member of the above project.

配属先組織は、口座開設や本人確認、各種手続き、不正対応、法令対応、カスタマーサポートなどの銀行業務を、テクノロジーによってより便利で効率的なものに変えていくプロダクト開発を行っています。

※入社後に上記プロジェクトメンバーとしてPayPay銀行への出向を予定しています。

We're expanding our team to strengthen our ability to work closely with business stakeholders, identify operational challenges, and drive end-to-end product solutions that create real business impact.

業務部門の課題を整理し、プロダクトとして解決まで推進できる体制を強化するため新たなメンバーを募集します。

Job Responsibilities・具体的な業務内容

In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders to identify operational challenges and respond to regulatory and policy changes. You will define the target state for business processes and products by balancing customer experience, operational efficiency, business value, and regulatory compliance, driving solutions from concept through implementation.

Define What to Solve

• You will proactively gather insights from business stakeholders and analyze data to identify business challenges. Taking business impact and regulatory requirements into account, you will determine which problems should be solved through products and prioritize them accordingly.

Design Business Processes and Customer Experiences

• You will design optimal end-to-end experiences for both users and the organization including account opening, identity verification (KYC), customer information updates, inquiries, and risk management.

Drive Delivery from Requirements to Launch

• You will translate use cases into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) and define functional requirements, including user interfaces, data models, and business rules. Working closely with designers and engineers, you will drive the entire product development lifecycle—from design and implementation to testing and release.

Measure Impact and Drive Continuous Improvement

• You will define KPIs such as operational efficiency, error rates, customer inquiries, and costs to measure the impact of product releases. Based on data and feedback from business teams, you will continuously improve both products and business processes.

業務プロセスと顧客体験を設計する

• 口座開設、本人確認、各種変更手続き、問い合わせ対応、リスク対応などについて、ユーザーと銀行双方にとって最適なフローを設計します。

要件定義からリリースまでを推進する

• ユースケースをPRDに整理し、画面、データ、業務ルールなどの要件を定義します。デザイナーやエンジニアと実現方法を検討し、デザイン、開発、テスト、リリースまでを推進します。

リリース後の効果を検証する

• 業務工数、不備率、問い合わせ件数、コストなどのKPIを設定し、リリース後の効果を検証します。得られたデータや現場からのフィードバックをもとに、継続的な改善を行います。

Required Experience/Skills・必要な経験／スキル

We are looking for candidates with experience in web services, mobile applications, or enterprise systems, along with the following:

• 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Systems Planning Manager.


• Proven experience analyzing business processes and translating them into clear business and system requirements.


• Strong technical ability to read and understand API specifications and technical documentation, and translate them into detailed product requirements.


• Native or Business level Japanese proficiency


• Willingness to communicate in English (using translation tools or generative AI is perfectly fine)

• プロダクトマネージャーまたはシステム企画としての経験（6年以上）


• 業務プロセスを整理し、ビジネス要件やシステム要件として定義した経験


• API仕様書や外部仕様書を読解し、要件を正しく詳細に定義できるテクニカルスキル


• ビジネスレベルの日本語力


• 英語への抵抗がないこと、翻訳ツールや生成AI等を活用しながら英語でのコミュニケーションを取る意欲があること

あると望ましい経験/スキル

• Knowledge of banking operations, including account opening, identity verification (eKYC), AML/CFT, lending, inheritance procedures, customer information updates, and customer support.


• Experience developing mobile applications.


• Experience driving product growth through growth hacking or growth-focused product initiatives.


• Experience designing intuitive and user-centered UI/UX.


• Experience leading data-driven product development.


• Business-level English proficiency.

Paid leave

• Annual leave (up to 14 days in the first year, granted proportionally according to the month of employment. Can be used from the date of hire)
