What You'll Do

Full-Cycle Field Sales

• Prospect neighborhoods and generate new business opportunities.

• Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs.

• Perform basic roof assessments and identify potential issues.

• Present customized roofing solutions and explain available options.

• Guide homeowners through the sales process from consultation to signed agreement.

• Follow up with prospective customers and maintain strong client relationships.

• Coordinate with internal teams to help ensure a smooth project experience.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity.

Relationship Building

• Build trust with homeowners through professional, consultative service.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales process.

• Generate referrals through exceptional service.

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working outdoors and meeting with homeowners

• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

• Door-to-door, outside sales, canvassing, or appointment-setting experience

• Roofing, construction, or home improvement experience

• Sales, customer service, retail, or hospitality experience

• Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
