Salary: $121,000 - 161,000 per year Requirements:

• We expect 3+ years of experience in a fast-moving, small-team environment.

• Prior experience building and deploying automated regression testing suites is required.
• We want experience breaking down complex software systems.
• We look for experience assessing software architectures and designs to identify quality, performance, and scalability risks, then creating automated test coverage for those areas.
• We want experience leading QA process development, execution, and documentation.
• A strong understanding of manual and automated testing methods and core quality principles is important.
• Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments is required.
• Experience scripting automation with tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, and Playwright is required.
• We look for experience developing automation frameworks with Selenium, Java, and TypeScript.
• Experience with TDD, BDD, and ATDD is required.
• Experience designing automation tools for databases and APIs is expected.
• Experience with mobile automation testing tools is required.
• Experience with LoadRunner or JMeter load testing is required.
• Strong knowledge of web technologies and experience testing web APIs and REST services is required.
• Experience automating complex end-to-end system integrations is required.
• Experience integrating Selenium regression scripts with CI servers such as Jenkins is required.
• Experience testing hosted or cloud-based SaaS web applications is highly desirable.
• Experience testing native mobile applications is desirable.
• A bachelors degree in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent experience is required.

• We own the software QA process, including creating, implementing, and maintaining test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.
• We analyze requirements and design specifications to develop effective test cases.
• We recommend automation strategies, tools, and frameworks.
• We build test infrastructure and custom automation tools to expand coverage and support non-functional testing.
• We perform both manual and automated testing for our website and applications.
• We prioritize test execution based on risk and need.
• We identify, document, and report defects with clear, precise reproduction steps.
• We support developers in investigating defects and recommending system improvements.
• We take ownership of testing across multiple applications built on a range of tools and technologies.
• We conduct hands-on testing, including requirements analysis, test planning, and test case creation.
• We support and execute functional and non-functional testing to help ensure software is production-ready.
• We coordinate with technology groups across sites to plan and execute end-to-end testing.
• We drive test automation efforts, including planning, scripting, and oversight of automation work.
